Each of our technicians offers a unique blend of experiences and talents, and we assign the right type of technical skill set for each job in the same way we use just the right tool for each part of a project.
We keep an IPC-certified trainer on staff at all times. As part of our commitment to our customers and our technicians, our trainer has maintained and updated his certification to the most recent standards, IPC-A-610E. This certification, published in 2010, covers quality control for the newest electronics assembly procedures and components, including board-in-board and package-on-package assemblies, Pb-free, new SMT termination styles, and advances in mechanical assemblies, cleaning, coating and laminates.
Our trainer has also completed coursework on IPC-7711B and 7721B standards covering rework, modification and repair of electronic assemblies. These specifications, released in 2007, include the newest procedures for reworking and reballing BGAs, reworking surface mount and through-hole components, repairing laminate and reworking conductors.
We also maintain ISO certification. eTech has been ISO 9001:2008 certified by The Registrar Company, an independent firm, demonstrating our commitment to continually improving our services, providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and meeting all regulatory requirements.
eTech maintains a staff of operators with a wide range of capabilities, certified to level I, level II, level III and level IV BGA repair, allowing us to assign the right technician to the right job, each time.
Our technicians aren’t just well-trained. We’ve built a team of reliable partners, dedicated to performing superior work for each of our customers, on time and on budget.
We’ve achieved exemplary on-time delivery rates each year, and in 2013 we passed the 99% mark while simultaneously breaking all of our previous sales records. It’s just another demonstration of our commitment to providing each of our clients with a clear path to the next stage of a project.
