Chief Executive Officer Gregory Berry began working in the technology industry in the early eighties in marine electronics and, prior to founding eTech, managed a high-tech manufacturing company in the Austin area. He is a certified ISO internal auditor as well as Certified IPC-A-610 trainer, and has completed coursework on IPC-7711 and 7721 standards. In addition to his electronic experience, Berry is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas.
Logan Willis has worked in the high-tech industry since 1990. After graduating from SW Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and engineering physics, he worked for General Dynamics in Ft. Worth as a systems engineer. He moved to Austin in 1991 and worked for 3M for ten years in various capacities, moving from systems engineering to application engineering and, finally, to technical sales. Logan’s technical background coupled with his sales experience allows him to be the “voice of the customer” inside eTech.
Adrian Ortiz has worked in semiconductor industry since 1993. She is an Austin native who began her career at Wyle Electronics, a programming and tape and reel company, as a quality control inspector. She moved on to manage a solely tape reel company called Tekcom, which later became Premier Semiconductor Services. Customer interaction, rapport building, and her client focused style of service opened the door for her to, after 10 years of service with Premier, make the move to eTech-WEB in 2010. Her experience has groomed her to be the liaison between customers and the eTech Team.
Kim Steffenson has worked in the high-tech industry since moving to Austin in 1989. She started her career in Human Resources at Andrew Corporation, where she remained 11 years. During that time, she moved into various roles, including Marketing Assistant, Inside Sales Representative and ExecutiveAdministrative Assistant. She later worked for Motorola as a Marketing Assistant, then at IBM as a Financial Analyst. Briefly stepping out of high-tech, Kim worked as Office Manager for Round Rock Chiropractic. Kim joined eTech in 2012 as a part time Accounts Receivable employee, focusing oninvoicing accurately and in a timely manner, as well assupporting collection processes. Since becoming full time, herduties have expanded. She works closely with our Production Assistant, management and customers helping to ensure our customer’s needs are met or exceeded from job inception to final invoicing.
Sue Ellis has been a dedicated professional in the business work force since 1987 offering experience in hands on management of people, processes and details. Her responsibilities have included, but not limited to, personnel management, accounting, human resources, production planning, purchasing, and administrative assistance and support. She worked as Office Manager for 3 locations with William George Wholesale Food Distributors in Palestine, TX for fifteen years. Moving to the Central Texas area in 2004, she was employed by Texas Hydraulics in Temple for over 7 years and served in various capacities from MRO Buyer, Production Planner, and ISO Administrative Assistant. Employed with eTech in 2012, Sue serves as the Production Assistant working closely with management, technicians, and the customer to ensure quality work, on time delivery and smooth operations throughout the production and distribution life of each job.
