High Temp/Specialty Reballing
 
Many applications require a specialty solder on BGAs. Industry standards are the following
  1. SnPb – 63% Sn (Tin) and 33% Pb (Pb)
  2. Pb Free – SAC305 – 96.5% Sn(Tin), 3% Ag (Silver), 0.5% Cu (Copper)
However, there may be applications where you need another solder alloy. Some other options:
  1. High Temperature – Sn10Pb90
  2. SAC105  - 98.5% Sn(Tin), 1% Ag (Silver), 0.5% Cu (Copper)
  3. SAC405 - 95.5% Sn(Tin), 4% Ag (Silver), 0.5% Cu (Copper)
We can special order most solder alloys and use them as part of your custom solution.
